What it means

Creating this would go over a plan limit. key says which (for example webhooks, api_keys, app_installs, custom_fields, storage_mb, import_rows), limit and used how far it is, plan the workspace's plan and upgrade_to the cheapest plan with room (absent when none has). current is the older name of used.

Typical causes

  • The workspace is at its plan limit, for example the number of pipelines, fields or webhooks.
  • A fixed per-record limit, for example 50 contacts on one lead.

How to fix it

  • Remove unused items, or ask the workspace owner to upgrade the plan (Settings → Billing).
  • Read key and limit to show a helpful message.
